I did it !!
So I have been feeling low because I tried on some trousers I thought should fit now that I have lost 3.5kgs. So I tried them on and they did not fit. I then realised its 2.5kgs I have lost not 3.5kgs. I was so dismayed I sat down and was thinking what shall I eat. But a thought creeped into my mind ' I am feeling low because I am fat so I if I eat I am only just adding to the problem. I went for a little walk, but it did help a little bit then I phoned a friend. I feel ok now and had 2 cups of tea as I felt a bit dehydrated. Am back to my normal self now and am glad I did not succumb to SELF SABOTAGE. Good day my friends
January 2014 summary
So I have lost a further 1.7kgs bringing Januarys weightloss total to 4.2kgs. So on average I lost 1 lkg a week which is huge. I decided to try a method called VLCD ( Very Low Calorie Diet) eating between 800 - 1000 calories a day. To achieve this I will eat e.g 2 slices of bread in the morning or as a first meal as I now eat when I am truly hungry. I now dont set a time to eat. I wake up at different times everyday because of the kids so for me 2 days are never the same. Then I drink about 2 cups of tea with milk and sugar through the day then eat manheru which again is anytime between 6 pm and 10pm. I will try to stick to this diet through february and fingers crossed it works out. I will weight on saturday weekly. Seeing a loss on the scale keeps me motivated. So Onwards & Downwards ladies. Remember this is not a competition, we are here to support each other through thick and thin.
