This is a comment my friend on myfitnesspal wrote to me..Just read your blog. I tried weight watchers too and it worked for a while but then I was going and paying £5 a week but not losing weight, I left weight watchers in April 2012 and joined MFP and lost a further 25lb as it now stands. MFP and continuous tracking is the only method I have found to keep off the weight I have lost. It's really a battle and the heavier you have been in the past, the harder it is I think. At my heaviest I was 15 stone 7lbs and now I am 11 stone 12. Keeping it off and losing more is a constant battle though and I have been mostly the same weight for about a year now. I would like to get down to 10stone (I am only 5'2") but I'm not sure if I'll ever get there. I am convinced that making permanent changes and constantly pulling yourself back when you overindulge or do not exercise for a while is key. Best of luck with everything and thanks for all your support to me
